A Seacret Resort GetAway is a five-night all-inclusive vacation for two included with specific Enrollment Packs (Preview, Power & Pro) that Agents can purchase at the time of signup. Resorts are in multiple locations within Mexico and the Caribbean. The recipient is responsible for upgrades, taxes, and resort fees where applicable as well as travel to and from the resort (airfare etc.).
Each resort and room type chosen will specify the maximum number of guests allowed. Please check the Essential information section to ensure your number of guests meet the minimum/ maximum capacity requirements before adding your guest details. Be sure to update the total number of guests and add their details before checking out. Additional fees will apply for more than 2 guests.
Each resort and room type vary. There is an expandable section at the bottom of the guest details/payment page called Essential Information – expand for details of specials, residency requirements and fees to add additional guests to your booking.
The fees will be calculated on the Guest Details/Payment Page after entering all guest information. Additional fees due at the resort are subject to change and based on country, local and resort taxes.
Step 1. Claim Your GetAway Voucher – no time limit. In fact, we recommend not to claim your voucher until you are ready to book your trip so it doesn’t expire. When you are ready to book, simply log in to your back office and claim your voucher through your “My GetAway” link in the Club Seacret drop down menu.
Step 2. Activate Your GetAway Account – 30-day time limit. You have 30 days to activate your booking portal with your GetAway codes from the time you claim your Voucher (step 1). This is why we encourage you to wait to claim your code until you are ready to book.
Step 3. Book your GetAway – 12-month time limit. After you activate your GetAway Account (step 2), you will have 12 months to book your trip. If you want to extend the booking period, please wait to claim your Voucher until you are ready to book.
After you activate your account, you have 12 months to book your GetAway. You do not have to travel within the same 12 months, but you do have to book before the 12-month period ends.
You will be able to claim your GetAway in a few easy steps through the “My GetAway” option in the Club Seacret drop down on the left navigation bar of your back office
Be sure to go to the URL (website) link on the Voucher and activate your account within 30 days of claiming your Voucher. The codes expire in 30 days, and we don’t want you to miss out on your GetAway. Remember, after you activate, you have 12 months to book your trip.
Yes, the GetAway program is only available if you are an active Club Seacret Member and Agent.
Yes, you will not be able to claim your GetAway unless your membership is active.
No, the GetAway vouchers are non-transferrable.
First, remember to set up or account within 30 days of claiming your GetAway Voucher.
Next, after your account is active, begin your search for which location you would like to visit.
You can search by location and/or date and toggle by price range. ($0 will show you the options available where all you pay for 2 people are applicable taxes and resort fees)
After choosing your travel destination and dates, you will route to page where you can see your savings, applicable fees due at checkout, guest detail input area, and payment input area.
At the bottom of the page is a section called Essential Information – expand for details of specials, residency requirements and fees to add additional guests to your booking.
Be sure all traveler information is added to the guest section and your payment information is accurate, then click complete reservation.
After completing your reservation, you can visit your account at any time to view your booking details.

Please take note of the details in the Essential Information section for the resort you choose. Many of the resorts have strict guidelines about group bookings. A group booking is considered to be 2 or more people booking at the same time, for the same
date, at the same property.
Bookings are also flagged as groups if members have the same names, payment source, email address, phone number etc. on multiple bookings for the same date and property.
